What the Growth Check collects
When you request a Growth Snapshot, I collect your first name, email address, business role, optional business name, seven selected answers, resulting snapshot, submission time and source information. Source information may include campaign labels and the referring website’s origin. Provide business information only. Do not include personal information about your customers, employees or other people, or sensitive information.
How I use it
I use these details to save your request, prepare and email your result, address delivery problems and understand which parts of the check are useful. A Growth Snapshot is a self-review based on your answers. It is not an independent business audit, compliance assessment or prediction of revenue. Completing the check does not automatically qualify you for a sales follow-up.
Marketing is a separate choice
The optional, unchecked consent box allows occasional Growthrex marketing insights and information about relevant services. Declining it does not prevent you receiving your requested snapshot. If you opt in, the exact consent wording, version and date are recorded separately. Earlier consent records keep the wording accepted at that time.
You can unsubscribe through the preference link in an email or by emailing Jay. An existing unsubscribe remains respected when you complete another check.
Where information is processed
The website and private storage use ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. The result-email workflow runs through Growthrex’s n8n service hosted on Render and the connected Microsoft Outlook email service. These providers may process information outside Australia. Copies or delivery records may also remain in the workflow history and sending mailbox. I do not sell the information you provide.
Retention, access and deletion
The website removes Growth Check submission records older than 90 days when processing later submissions. Subscription and suppression records are retained to manage your chosen updates and honour unsubscribe requests. Email copies and workflow history are managed separately.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at jay@growthrexagency.com. I may need to verify that a request relates to your address.
Security and website analytics
Submissions are validated on the server. Service credentials are not included in public pages. Temporary rate-limit records use a hashed network identifier and are periodically removed.
The website uses Google Tag Manager. Tags configured there may collect technical usage information. The Growth Check’s own analytics events contain no names, email addresses, business names or selected answers.
